 SCALP TREATMENT

Massaging your scalp involves using your fingertips or a tool to apply gentle, circular pressure across the entire scalp, improving blood flow, relieving tension, and promoting hair health by stimulating roots; you can do this with or without oils, during shampooing, or with specialized massagers, focusing on small, firm motions from hairline to nape for 5+ minutes daily to boost relaxation and potentially thickness.

FACIAL TREATMENT

Facial therapy encompasses two main types: cosmetic/wellness facials (cleansing, exfoliating, hydrating for glowing skin) and medical/rehabilitative therapy (physical therapy for facial paralysis/weakness to restore movement and symmetry). Both aim to improve skin health, but spa facials focus on relaxation and appearance, while medical therapy uses targeted exercises, massage, and sometimes electrical stimulation for function, helping with conditions like Bell's Palsy to regain smiles and expressions
