How It Works

Using your health plan discount is simple.

Step 1: Bring your member ID card

Please bring your current health plan or discount program ID card to your appointment.

Step 2: We verify your eligibility

Before or at the time of service, we can help confirm whether your plan includes massage therapy discount benefits.

Step 3: We confirm your benefit details

Depending on your plan, benefit details may include:

• Whether massage therapy is included

• Whether any referral or authorization is required

• Whether there are visit limits

• How many visits are allowed

• How many visits have already been used

• How many visits remain

Step 4: You receive the eligible discount

If your plan qualifies, your discount will be applied to the service and payment is made directly at the time of your appointment.

Direct Pay Discount Program

• the discount is applied to the regular service fee

• payment is made directly by the client

• this is usually not the same as full medical insurance claim reimbursement

• your full name

• your member ID number

• a photo of your member ID card if requested

• any referral or authorization information, if your plan requires it
